Recover your account

We use your phone number to sign you in. If you lost your phone or changed numbers, our support team will help you get back in within one business day.

How recovery works

  1. Fill out the form below. We need your old phone number, the recovery email on your account, and a brief description of what happened.
  2. We verify your identity. Two members of our support team independently check the recovery email, the last four digits of the card on file, and the name of at least one of the devices you enrolled.
  3. You get a confirmation. Once both reviewers approve, we update the phone number on your account and email you. From that point you can sign in with your new number.

Most requests are completed within one business day. We never accept verification information by phone or social media. Everything goes through this form and the recovery email on file.

BaseLock will never ask you for your password, OTP codes, or full card number. We only ever ask for the last four digits of a card and the name of a device you set up.
